Workspace, brand and team
Set the look of everything candidates and new hires see, and decide who on your team can change what.
Workspaces
Everyone has a personal workspace. You can also create organization workspaces and switch between them with the workspace switcher. A recruitment, onboarding flow or welcome board belongs to one workspace, so pick the right one before you create it.
Set up your brand kit
Your brand kit styles every public page: job pages, the application form, onboarding links and welcome boards.
- 1
Open the brand kit
Go to Settings, then Brand Kit. - 2
Add your identity
Enter your company name and tagline, and upload your logo. - 3
Choose your colors
Set your brand colors. A preview on the page shows how they look. - 4
Fill in the company profile
Add a short description of the company and links to your website and social profiles. This feeds the company card on your job pages.
Invite your team
- 1
Open the team page
Choose Team in the sidebar. It appears for the owner of a Premium workspace. - 2
Invite a member
Choose Invite Member, enter their email and choose a role. - 3
Share the invite if needed
Each pending invite has a link you can copy. You can revoke an invite before it is accepted.
Roles and what they can do
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Change anything in the workspace, whoever created it, and edit the organization's brand kit. |
| Admin | The same as Owner for day-to-day work, including inviting members and editing the brand kit. |
| Member | Create content and change what they created. Changing someone else's work needs an Admin or Owner. |
Tip: give people the Member role by default and promote only those who manage the whole process.
Recruitment settings
Under Settings, Recruitment controls feedback for rejected candidates: whether it is on, and whether it sends automatically or waits for HR to review it first. Only admins can change these settings, and the feature needs a paid plan. See Screen, interview and decide for how feedback works.
