Create a role
Describe who you are hiring. AI drafts the job post and the application form, and you review everything before it is saved.
Start a new recruitment
- 1
Open Recruitment
Choose Recruitment in the sidebar. - 2
Start with AI
Choose Build it with AI, or open New recruitment. Describe the role in your own words: the job, the seniority, where and how they work, and what matters most. - 3
Review the draft
AI proposes the title, description, requirements, skills, work arrangement, department and an interview plan, plus the application form that goes with them. - 4
Edit and confirm
Change anything that is not right. Nothing is created until you confirm, and the role is saved as a Draft.
What AI drafts, and what you set
- AI drafts: title, description, requirements, skills, work arrangement, department, interview plan and the application form.
- You set: the pay, the number of openings, the interview rounds, and which onboarding flow a hire starts. Pay is never drafted by AI.
Write a better prompt
Include what the person will actually do, the must-have skills versus the nice-to-haves, and any deal-breakers. Specific requirements make match scores more useful later.
The application form
Every form starts with a CV upload, and always includes a consent field asking whether the candidate agrees to be kept on file. Add or change other questions with Edit application form.
Why consent matters
The consent answer decides how long a candidate's data is kept. See Data and privacy for the retention rules.
Edit a role later
- Use Edit details to change the description, requirements, pay or number of openings.
- Use Edit application form to change the questions.
- If you change the requirements, existing match scores are marked outdated so you know to refresh them.
Connect it to onboarding
Choose the onboarding flow a hire will start. When you later move a candidate to Hired, their onboarding is created from that flow with their name and email filled in. You can switch the flow at that moment. Build flows first if you do not have one yet.
