Publish and receive applications
Publishing creates a public, branded job page. Candidates apply from any device with no account, and you see them arrive in the role.
Publish a role
- 1
Open the role
Go to Recruitment and open the role you drafted. - 2
Publish it
Publishing changes the status from Draft to Open and creates the public job page, styled with your brand kit. - 3
Share the link
Copy the job page link and share it anywhere: your site, social posts, email or messages.
Where the page appears
The page stays visible only while the role is Open. Feature the role if you want it listed on Onboardila's public job board. Open roles also include Google job markup, so they can appear in search results.
Pause, close and reopen
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not public yet. |
| Open | Public and accepting applications. |
| Paused | Applications stopped, for example because the submission quota was reached. |
| Filled | Every opening is held by an accepted hire. The role closes itself. |
| Closed | No longer accepting applications. |
Closed a role too early? Use Reopen recruitment to make it Open again.
What candidates see and do
- A branded page with the role summary, pay if you chose to show it, skills and benefits, and your company card.
- An application that works on any phone, in one sitting, with no account.
- A CV upload (PDF or Word). Onboardila reads it and pre-fills the form so the candidate only has to check it.
- A consent choice about keeping their details on file.
How you find out
- New applicants show an unread badge in the role.
- Each recruitment owner gets one digest email summarizing new applicants, instead of one email per application.
Review applicants
Open a role to see its applicants. Switch between All applicants, Rejected and Activity. Sort by newest, oldest or name, and open a candidate to read their CV and answers.
